– $45K Men’s Field House Millwork

SOME ARE STILL IN, BUT MORE $$$

– The $900K Baseball Concession stand is now $1.034M ($620K for Concession Stand and Restrooms; $414.7K for Press Box
– HBMS Sound System, 2 long/triple jump runways and pits and the athletic turf is $1.321M (decrease $146K)
– LTHS Baseball and Softball Turf jumped from $1.140M to $3.2M
– LTMS Athletic Turf jumped from $600K to $1.2M
– Men’s Field House Weight Room Addition was taken out ($1.14M)

Net add: $1.78M to $5.1M in asks

AND THEY ADDED MORE

– HS #2 got $46.3M in additional items, including $4.9M for Locker Rooms (wasn’t this part of the $56.4M? Just asking.), $20.4M in Track / Aux Stadium, $15.9M in Multi-use Activity Center, $1.1M in Practice Fields (wasn’t this part of the $56.4M? Just asking.)

An additional $500K for Bond Closing Costs, although it should be noted that failed Prop C Bond Closing Costs and Contingency were part of Prop A, so they already took $$ in for this

And BCMS added athletic turf for $1.2M

Net add: another $48M because our credit ceiling was increased by our financial adviser
